Process of psychotherapy at

The Compassionate Care Therapy (TCCT)

TCCT , only onboards clients whose age falls in the range of 20 years to 40 years.

The FIRST SESSION at The Compassionate Care Therapy  is to understand the chief complaints of the client, take a detailed history of the client, psycho-educate the client about the nature of issues being faced and set goals for therapy. The FIRST SESSION may also include assessments in the form of screening tests, checklists, or verbal information provided. The TOTAL NUMBER OF SESSIONS required varies from person to person and the frequency of sessions is decided in joint collaboration with the client in the first session itself. It is always advisable to terminate therapy and TCCT strongly encourages a TERMINATION SESSION to discuss the therapeutic work that has been done, issues discussed in therapy, self-work done, issues left to address, feedback about clinical psychologist or therapy to assess the progress of the client.
